JONATHAN PHILLIPS (Health Law Compliance) – Mr. Phillips is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he is a member of the firm’s litigation department. His practice focuses on FDA and health care compliance and enforcement, as well as other white-collar enforcement matters and related litigation and internal investigations in matters involving False Claims Act and whistleblower claims. Prior to joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Mr. Phillips worked as a Trial Attorney in the Civil Division, Fraud Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he prosecuted civil health care fraud matters for the government. Before joining the Department of Justice, Mr. Phillips served as a law clerk for Judge J. Curtis Joyner of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
